Why did Legacy.com delete 2.3 million obituaries between June 6th and June 7th of this year? This occurrence is clearly shown by using the Wayback Machine. Those 2.3 million deaths would represent approximately 5% of Legacy.com's data at that time. It would seem that an 'adjustment' of that magnitude would come with some sort of explanation. Can you please provide us with that?

Can I ask a favor of anybody who still reads these posts? Could you take a minute to write your own email to media@legacy.com and ask the same question about those 2.3 million missing deaths? I would really appreciate it. I have done my level best to get somebody to report this situation, but nobody is interested. I am going to keep trying with what little reach I have to not let these millions of people be forgotten on the cutting room floor.

I'm still reading and following your research. I sent an email to them. I'll let you know if I hear back from the media team at legacy.
Be very interesting if you get a reply.
Wonder if they are escalating your enquiry or deleting it.
Seems that deleting comes easily to them.
