Pennsylvania ... corrected
Mortality trends for public employee retirees in the years 2015 to 2024.
I’m a former public employee that did not want to put an experimental drug into my body just to keep my job. That experience has probably scarred me for life. I am now looking at public institutions, state by state, to see if there is any potential (official) evidence of harm caused by those coerced covid vaccinations.
.
We are going back to Pennsylvania because I made a mistake during my first visit.
It was one of my first destinations in this country-wide tour, and I did not pay close attention to the details … like I do now. That first Pennsylvania post was not referencing the all state retirement system, it was only using the report for the teacher’s retirement system. I apologize for not knowing that at the time.
But it is a good excuse to update our report to actually look at the all state report and add the particulars and mandate information for Pennsylvania.
So here we go.

It is no surprise to me that we see the members removed from the rolls graph show a familiar pattern.
2020 sees a rise in the numbers and it continues up in 2021. We do thankfully see those totals start to go back down in 2022 and 2023, but they are still above the pre-pandemic average.
.
The annual report makes it hard to read some of the tables, many important ones are sideways. I had to copy and rotate the crucial one for the death benefits and death refunds. Though the death benefits are a larger money total overall, it is the death refunds that have the most dramatic graph shown further below.
2020 through 2024 for the death refunds erupt over the pre-pandemic average, but 2022 in particular is shocking in its elevation above the rest.
.
The leadership of Pennsylvania did go in for mandates on the public workers. It was not a blanket directive, apparently. But as per usual, the health care workers got hit with it, and any worker in a congregate setting … like prison guards.
Interestingly, I came across an archived job posting for the commonwealth of Pennsylvania, looking for a typist, which required vaccination for covid. But that is if you were not a current commonwealth employee. If you were, you had the option to get tested weekly. Yay! What a perk!

“In addition to the ”vaccine or test” requirement, Governor Wolf announced a vaccine incentive for state employees under the governor’s jurisdiction. Starting October 1, 2021, all vaccinated state employees under the governor’s jurisdiction are eligible for an additional 7.5 or 8 hours paid time off. The Office of Administration will work with employees and agencies to develop a mechanism for employees to confirm proof of vaccination.”

COVID-19 vaccine mandate kicks in for health care workers in Pa., N.J., Del.
January 27, 2022
“It is taking effect first in jurisdictions that didn’t challenge the requirement in court. Those include some of the biggest states, with some of the largest populations of senior citizens, among them: California, Florida, New York and Pennsylvania.
“There absolutely have been employee resignations because of vaccination requirements,” said Catherine Barbieri, a Philadelphia attorney at Fox Rothschild who represents health care providers. But “I think it’s relatively small.””

Pa. prison guards union asks court to review vax-or-test mandate
September 13, 2021
“Wolf a month ago announced that about 25,000 employees of Pennsylvania’s prisons and state health care and congregate care facilities would have to be vaccinated against COVID-19 by Sept. 7 or take weekly tests for the virus. In addition to the Corrections Department, it applies to state hospitals, veterans’ homes, community health centers and homes for those with intellectual disabilities.”
