Thanks David. Yes, there are stories in all of those big pension spots to be sure. My intuition is that the orchestrators of the covid event had planned theaters of operation and stages. California got a large dose later on, as did Texas. They just weren't in the Ghost Bomb prelude.

I didn’t know about that early “covid” death in Illinois either.
I do wonder about those big states Texas and California, which rank near the bottom with Illinois in terms of pension liabilities ..
